We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us the best chance to offer the time to another client and/or reschedule. Deposits made on no shows or appointments cancelled 48 hours or less before an appointment are non refundable.

We ask customers to make a 25% deposit at the time of booking which is deducted from the final appointment cost. Deposits are non refundable for appointments cancelled 48 hours or less before the time before the time of the appointment.

If you you’re not happy with your hair following your appointment, contact us within 7 days and we will touch up or redo as appropriate.

Annually, in January, we conduct a comprehensive review of our pricing structure to align it with any increased costs incurred throughout the preceding year. In instances where operational expenses have risen, a modest price adjustment ranging between 1-3% may be implemented. Please note that specific written communication regarding these adjustments may not be provided on every occasion. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain the quality of our services in tandem with the evolving economic landscape.
