Your hair transformation journey is important to us. We place a large amount of value on transparency and honesty in our day-to-day operations and believe that an initial consult is the key ingredient to a happy and satisfied customer.
If you are a new customer or not sure which service you are after, book a free consultation. Our colour and styling specialists will take a look at your hair and provide a custom quote.
Your initial hair consult will give your hair expert a chance to get to know you and evaluate your hair in a pressure free zone. It will also give you the opportunity to discuss your hair goals and desired budget. Your hair condition is our number one priority, therefore if at any point our hair stylists feel a desired colour service is not achieveable, and a compromise cannot be made, we do reserve the right to decline the service or request a waiver be signed.
An initial hair consult is not mandatory for every hair appointment, however we do encourage you to book a consult if you are looking at having a major colour transformation, or if it is your first time visiting the salon. We look forward to seeing you!
