We know booking with a new salon can feel a little overwhelming - especially if you’re not quite sure what service you need. That’s why we take a consultative approach from the beginning.
We’ll talk through your hair history, your goals, your maintenance preferences, and what’s realistic for your hair. Our focus is always on creating beautiful results while protecting the health and integrity of your hair.

You’re new to the salon and unsure what service you need, you’re considering a major colour change, or you’d like a personalised plan before booking a longer appointment.
Book foils if…
You want a brighter, more defined blonde result, more overall lightness, or regular maintenance through the top, sides, or full head.
Book balayage / foilyage if…
You want a softer, more blended result with natural dimension and a lower-maintenance grow-out.
Book a global colour if…
You want an all-over richer colour, to go darker, refresh faded colour, or create a more even result from roots to ends.
Book a retouch if…
You’re maintaining your regrowth and want your roots refreshed between larger colour appointments.

Book colour correction if…
Your hair has uneven colour, banding, brassiness, previous box dye, or needs a bigger transformation. A consultation is recommended before booking.

We begin by talking through your hair history, your goals, your lifestyle, and your maintenance preferences. If you have inspiration photos, bring them along.

A tailored plan
We’ll recommend the best service for your hair and explain what’s achievable in your appointment, along with pricing and any future steps if needed.

Your service
Whether you’re here for blonding, colour, a refresh, or a smoothing treatment, we work carefully to create a result that feels polished, wearable, and right for you..

Finish and aftercare
Every appointment ends with a blow dry finish, and we’ll talk you through aftercare, maintenance, and the best timing for your next visit.
A note on
pricing
Our pricing reflects the time, care, product, and expertise required for each service. Many colour services are priced from a starting point, with final pricing depending on your hair length, thickness, history, and the work required to achieve your result.
If your hair requires extra time or product, we’ll always do our best to discuss that with you clearly.
All colour services include a blow dry finish, with toner included where needed for blonding services.
How to prepare for your visit
Please arrive with clean or day-old hair unless advised otherwise.
Bring a few inspiration photos if you have them — these are a great starting point for your consultation.
If you have had previous colour, box dye, keratin, henna, or any recent chemical service, please let us know when booking.
If you’re booking a colour correction or major change, a consultation is strongly recommended first.
Booking policies
Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Deposits made for appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours beforehand and no-shows are non refundable.
Redo policy
If you you’re not happy with your hair following your appointment, contact us within 7 days and we will touch up or redo as appropriate.
